OK! This has been a marathon blogging session! It takes a long time to
catch up on three weeks of fun and hundreds of pictures! Terry and I
enjoyed our 5 days with Nick, Lachelle, Keyton, and Lola! We were
able to do lots of fun things and spend lots of time with our awesome
grandkids!
Arriving home on Tuesday and leaving for Utah on Wednesday was a
whirlwind! Lucy was born on Thursday. Mike brough Natalie and Lucy
home on Saturday. It was fun to be with Mike and family for a whole
week! I especially loved being with my three wonderful grandkids!
I spent the last day of school with Emily in her class. It was fun to meet
her students and see her in action as their teacher. We moved her out
of her apartment, her stuff into Mike's basement, and then she came
home with me to spend the summer in Boise. It is really fun having
her around!

Our main reason for going to Minnesota was to watch Lachelle graduate
with her masters in Public Policy. We are so proud of her! Here are
Nick, Keyton, and Lola waiting for Lachelle to walk into the auditorium.
Grampa playing with Lola as they wait in the foyer for the graduates
to walk across the stage.
Maybe Grampa shouldn't have showed her his tie!

We went to a place where they have lots of plants and flowers. We saw
lots of exotic plants and flowers but my favorite room was the one
pictured below. It was filled with beautiful flowers I was familiar
with.
Keyton loved the fish pond. The fish would come right up to the top
of the water and "talk" to us. I was even able to put my hand in the
water and touch the tops of their backs. Really cool!
Who are these two old codgers?
