Ruth Benson Yearbook

I have been going through my Mom's yearbook from her senior year at Franklin High School. I scanned all the pages in so that there is now an electronic version of it.

Of course the star of Franklin High School 1940 was my mother - Ruth Benson.

She played Volley Ball, Basketball, and Baseball. She participated in drama, the high school newsletter, and other activities. Her nickname was "Bens" because another girl in the school had the last name Benson already. It is interesting her ambition was travel since we as a family certainly lived in our share of places while I was growing up.
